Be confident that your rigging equipment will hold up to the demands of the job it was created for.  At Mill Valley Splicing, we utilize a 200' long, fixed horizontal testing bed, along with custom testing equipment, to proof test and certify a wide range of rigging products, ensuring they meet industry standards, as well as customer specifications.

We can custom design ways to test specialty or oddly shaped products, as well as perform lifting beam, spreader beam, and other specialty testing (more than 1 million pounds). Additionally, we perform pre-stressing (pre-stretching) of wire rope up to 2.25" diameter, and structural strand up to 2" diameter.

Mill Valley Splicing adheres to Military Specifications, as well as ASME, OSHA, ASTM, and Industry standards in the inspecting, testing, and fabrication of our standard and specially ordered products.  Additionally, Mill Valley is a member in good standing with the Associated Wire Rope Fabricators (AWRF), and remains current with all government and industry regulations.
